Creek Cottage has recently
been refurbished and extended from a stone cart house that was built
in the early 1800s.
The refurbishment has been done
to a very high standard, whilst retaining some original features
such as the oak beams. There are stone tiled floors throughout that
may be suitable for asthmatics.
Situated in the heart of Rhossili village with views over the Devon
Coast, Lundy Island and Fall Bay, the interior comprises of an open
plan lounge-kitchen-diner, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The kitchen is fully
fitted and electrical appliances include a fridge, small freezer,
washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and grill.
There are electric panel heaters throughout the property and ample
car parking space outside. All utilities are included in the price.
The lounge benefits from a television,
DVD player and video. There are large patio windows (with extensive
sea views) that open onto a paved patio area.
The master bedroom has a 4'6"
double bed. There is a double wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with
lamps and a chest of drawers. All bed linen is provided for the
duvets and pillows. Additional blankets are provided.
The second bedroom has a single bed
and a guest bed which join up to make a 5 foot double. Alternatively,
these could be used as two singles. The room is furnished with a double
wardrobe with drawer space built in.
The shower room has an electric
Mira shower, wash basin and wc. There is also an electric shaver
point and light above the mirror.

Creek Cottage is 18 miles West of Swansea in
the village of Rhossili. After the church we are on the left hand
side on the bend.
Booking

Provisional
bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of deposit
A
non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable on booking. The
balance is due one month prior to the holiday commencing. Once
the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full
rental in the event of cancellation.
In
the event of cancellation, please notify us in writing. You are
liable for the balance of the rental in full, however we shall
endeavour to re-let the accommodation.
Accommodation will be available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival
to 10.00am on the day of departure. Bookings are accepted on the
condition that the property is left clean and tidy. Guests are
fully responsible for the property and are liable for any loss
or damage to the property or contents. Guests should report any
damage or breakages and these are to be paid for.
Cars,
boat, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at the owners
risk.
The
number in the party must not exceed the number stipulated when
booking. The hirer shall not part with possessions of the property
or share it, except with the members of the party. The owners
reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without
a refund for a breach of these conditions.
The
property owners shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation
at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.
